I was embarking on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knitterscuriositycabinet.com\/socks\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chrysanthemum Frutescens socks by Hunter Hammersen<\/a> and had to pick a yarn color. Everyone&#8217;s socks I&#8217;d seen so far were AMAZING!&#8230;but I didn&#8217;t want to make light colored socks which would be the sensible thing to do when trying to show off lace. I wanted BOLD socks. I was leaning red or maybe purple. So, I started asking people&#8230;and so it was that I asked a good friend of mine his opinion. He loyally reads my blog and is quite smart, so I was interested in his thoughts. R, I said, I just cannot decide. What do you think?
