I loved the big seats (room for my knitting bag in the recliner with me) and that they kept the lights on low during the previews so I could knit through them with ease. But, I&#8217;d stay away from the pizza with basil; it was STRONG!<br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/This_Is_40_81.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/This_Is_40_81-205x300.jpg\" alt=\"This_Is_40\" title=\"This_Is_40\" width=\"205\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/This_Is_40_81-205x300.jpg 205w, https:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/This_Is_40_81.jpg 415w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 205px) 100vw, 205px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<br \/>I thought this film was going to be a cute quirky comedy about how life with kids is stressful, but how they are so amusing and wonderful that it is totally worth it&#8230;.or maybe it would be about how the dad had a little bit of a midlife crisis, but with laughs, the family would all get through it together. Wrong. This is a film with several funny scenes (kudos to Jason Segel and Melissa McCarthy), but overall, the movie made me kind of sad for the parents who had made some poor financial choices and were totally broke. Not really the laughs I was hoping for OR the happy ending that I require. I think that the actors carried their weight, but I was disappointed.<br \/>\n<br \/>Ps.
