I like to think I’m not a fan of Valentine’s Day. But if I’m being honest, I like holidays in general. However, I like for V.D. to be more about friends and family and also The Husband, not about him spending money on roses or chocolate or us waiting in line for food (I’m never a fan of that). So, as per my usual M.O., I let him know that he was off the hook and bought myself yarn.

\nThen, Tuesday, I cracked a tooth….and I came home to this.

\nHe got the last dog with brown ears, all the rest had pink ears and he knew I wouldn’t be into a dog with pink ears. He was not wrong. I know I loved Poochie in the 80’s, but I’m over it. The Husband is one smart (and very sweet) cookie.
