{"id":503,"date":"2010-06-30T22:12:29","date_gmt":"2010-07-01T05:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/?p=503"},"modified":"2013-02-02T16:14:18","modified_gmt":"2013-02-02T21:14:18","slug":"eclipse-minor-spoiler-alert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/?p=503","title":{"rendered":"Eclipse \u2013 Minor Spoiler Alert!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I just saw Eclipse and if you don&#8217;t want to read any spoilers,  look away! :)<br \/>\n&#8230;&#8230;but I&#8217;m sure you read the book, so there won&#8217;t be any surprises&#8230;.<br \/>\n<\/br> I give it 7.5 stars<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>plus 1 star because Jasper is really cool and has never lost a fight (I note that in real life, he&#8217;s actually one of the hottest actors in the film).<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star because there are some really funny one-liners<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star for Charlie &#8211; he might be the best actor in the film.<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star for Jacob (pref. with no shirt) :)<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star for special effects &#8211; I&#8217;m glad they had a bigger budget than Twilight<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star for Victoria&#8217;s really gorgeous hair.<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star for whoever picked out the engagement ring &#8211; it is hideous, but I have to admire that they really committed to it&#8230;..it is a RING!<\/li>\n<li>plus 1 star for the Cullen fight scene movie poster moment &#8211; you&#8217;ll know it when you see it. :)<\/li>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<li>minus 1 star because Bella&#8217;s speeches make me yawn.<\/li>\n<li>minus .5 star for Edward gulping loudly &#8211; someone should have edited that!<\/li>\n<li>minus .5 star for Jacob&#8217;s undies showing &#8211; he&#8217;s not in a rap video.<\/li>\n<li>minus 1 star for the middle-aged women in the line that embarrassed<br \/>\n themselves because they were worried we wouldn&#8217;t move fast enough when it was time to be seated in the theater. I felt like I was in the twilight zone (pun intended) &#8211; it is a movie for heaven&#8217;s sake&#8230;&#8230;.and it isn&#8217;t even Goonies or something. :) I think my girls and I are headed to a more teeny-bopper theater for Breaking Dawn.
