The<br \/>\ntwo smaller cables came from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/220-Aran-Stitches-Patterns-Harmony\/dp\/1855856336\/ref=sr_1_6?s=books&#038;ie=UTF8&#038;qid=1280697277&#038;sr=1-6\">The Harmony Guides 220 Aran Stitches and Patterns vol. 5<\/a> p. 34 and the main cable came from a variation of the cable on  p. 69<\/br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_9824_cropped.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_9824_cropped-217x300.jpg\" alt=\"cables\" title=\"cables\" width=\"217\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-579\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_9824_cropped-217x300.jpg 217w, https:\/\/www.metzroth.com\/katie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_9824_cropped.jpg 284w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 217px) 100vw, 217px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/br><br \/>\nThe 3 giant cables are pulled from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lionbrand.com\/patterns\/60607A.html\">this pattern<\/a>. The cables are 12 stitches wide total. The outer 2 twist to the right while the middle one twists left&#8230;.sorry, no picture since I neglected to take one before I shipped it off.<br \/>\n<\/br><br \/>\nThe final cable pattern is from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Xrx-Books-Great-American-Afghan\/dp\/B0016829CC\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;s=home-garden&#038;qid=1280694822&#038;sr=8-1\">Great American Aran Afghan book<\/a>. I repeated Chart A from Barbara McIntire&#8217;s square (p. 45) twice.
