Here’s Sydney in the snow…she will do just about anything for a treat. For the rest of the day, she got excited every time she saw me get the camera.

good bye winter! It is already 65 outside today!

Yesteday as I went out my front door, I noticed this lovely lady…..a Praying Mantis. She was a little smarter than I liked. When I started taking photos, she turned to STARE at me. I was a little creeped out and finished taking pictures quickly.

Last night, as I was being annoyed by chirping, she was relocated to the front lawn. I hope she lives a long and happy life possibly feasting on fire ants? one can dream.

I have a yellow lab and it recently came to light that I seem to be harboring colonies of yellow jackets also. Luckily, these live outside the house…..or they did until TH was informed of their existence.
