I think she said yes because she was a little scared to say no. Coming in hot is pretty on brand for me.
She recently observed that in my romance shorts, my couples meet, connect, and immediately decide they are soulmates before living happily ever after.
And she was all “Wait, that’s kind of fast…but that is how Katie rolls.”

Who am I kidding, I’m not sure I’ve been wordless in my life. I took this picture and it doesn’t have anything to do with much of anything. I was outside taking pictures of my knitting one day and realized the shadows made me look like a clown on stilts. Observe.
