![Took my Nyx shortie socks to see The Fall Guy last night. If you’ve seen the trailer, it looks like an action film with a strong romance subplot and it delivered.
Other than the lack of knitwear, it was excellent!
In other random movie news, I enjoyed The Idea of You which is streaming on the zon. The writing was really solid for a romance that went straight to streaming.
In random book news, I enjoyed Bride by Ali Hazelwood. If paranormal romance is your thing, I recommend it.

While working on this hat, I was slightly disturbed by how messy my decreases were. Was it the yarn? I should have used cotton. Should I rip them out and redo them? oh. wait. nevermind. I’m totally going to cover them up with sweet daisy petals.
The pattern is the Upside-Down Daisy Hat by Susan B. Anderson. The thing is that I’m not really into an upside down daisy on a hat. right side up. sure. but upside down? that’s not right. So, I did the only reasonable thing and knit the pattern a little differently so my daisy is right side up.
as all daisies should be.
